– Consumption included (water, electricity and gas and air conditioning).
– Prices are intended for two people plus a maximum of three children under 18 years of age.
– Compulsory final cleaning : Euro 45 per apartment (already included).

– Deposit to cover any damage Euro 150 on arrival, which will be returned if everything is in order on departure.
– Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per day. Children up to 12 years: free, to be paid locally (separately).
– Physical check in: from 15.00 to 19.00
– Check in SMART: from 19.00 to 23.00
– Check out: the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 in the morning.
– Cancellations must be communicated in writing via e-mail and must absolutely be received at least 15 days before Check-in, the deposit of 30% of the total will be retained (It is possible to request a voucher which will have an expiry date for a holiday at us equivalent to the deposit paid.)
